We have recently been awarded 4 stars by Visit England (Quality in Tourism). We provide quality, affordable accommodation close to Ipswich town centre and  Marina.

Other local amenities include ‘The Regent’ and ‘Wolsey’ Theatre, museums, restaurants, bars, parks, and University Campus Suffolk (UCS). Suffolk Showground and Foxhall Stadium are situated a short drive from the guest house.

It is an ideal base for leisure or business visitors alike.

The house has been refurbished to a high standard with all rooms having en-suite shower rooms.  Other facilities include TV, DVD, CD, kettle (with tea, coffee, biscuits etc), fridge, toiletries and towels. Hair-dryers are provided in each room and a microwave, iron and ironing board are available on request.

Free Wi-Fi is also available.

We offer single, double, twin and family accommodation complete with car parking.

We are able to offer ground floor bedrooms, should this be required. Please mention when booking, if you have a preference, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Grove Guest House is a non-smoking establishment, however there is a designated smoking area outside the house.
